As if the day could get any worse.
What do you do when you have no phone. Our internet services were not yet installed making my computer entirely useless to me. There was nothing more I could do. No roommate home to help. No cell phone to call her or my parents. No email. What was I going to do? Go door to door asking if someone could help me jumpstart my car? That was ridiculous. As I sat in my living room, I came up with two options: walk to work, or walk my laptop to Starbucks to borrow wifi in hopes that someone would respond to my Facebook post, or email? Either way I was going to be sweating the entire way to work dressed in my business casual attire or potentially helpless alone drinking coffee.
