In his spare time (what little there is) Paul is an Electrical Engineering Adjunct Lecturer at Washington State University - Tri-Cities (WSU). Paul is also a Senior Research Scientist with Battelle Memorial Institute at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL).
